An On Approval Service is available by arrangement, costs of postage both ways to be met by the customer. Please note this service is also conditional on the book(s) being returned within 5 to 7 working days, in the original protective packaging and original condition. For example books which are posted back in a manila envelope or loose in a padded post bag or plastic satchel, may receive damage in transit and be returned to the customer with an invoice for payment.

Visits and book displays are available for schools & organizations who wish to purchase resources in Brisbane and South East Queensland. Book in Hand offers an equivalent service to schools and organizations elsewhere through the provision of 15-20 kg boxes of books (conditions apply).
